Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- like 13"x9" pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
- in large bowl, mix all ingredients and shape into 20-24 meatballs
- place 1 inch apart in pan and cook 18-22 minutes or until all pink in center is gone
